针灸可改善体外受精的预后

背景

平均而言，只有三分之一的体外受精 (IVF) 周期可导致分娩。 有人建议，将针灸作为可能改善 IVF 成功率的干预措施。

• 本文综述了针灸对 IVF 预后的影响。
• 对于 2011 年 7 月前发表于 PubMed、Embase、循证医学图书馆、临床试验注册表、万方、中国知网及中文科学期刊数据库的相关随机对照试验的数据进行了荟萃分析。 所评估的预后为：与无、虚拟或安慰剂针灸相比，与人工、电或激光针灸技术相关的临床妊娠率 (CPR) 和活产率 (LBR)。 研究认为，由于 Streitberger 安慰剂针灸可能不属于无效技术，应作为单独对照。
• 共计 24 项试验（5,807 名参与者）纳入了综述。
• 与对照组相比，针灸显著改善了 CPR 预后 (p = 0.04)。
• 针灸组和对照组的 LBR 预后之间无统计学差异 (p = 0.77)。
• 当针灸与非 Streitberger 安慰剂技术相比时，预后差异较大。
• 针灸组和对照组的安全性预后之间无显著差异。
